Recognizing that tactical equipment is "mission specific" the
Racer Delta system can be designed around the actual requirements of each
user. The example shown to the left is equipped with a zip-on radio pocket,
Phaos O2 Bottle pocket, attachment hardware at the chest and additional
equipment tie-downs.
Parachute Laboratories Inc. also manufactures a lightweight, comfortable
pilot emergency parachute system with built-in life raft, which is tethered
to the parachute harness. The raft is deployed and inflated by means of
a CO2 cartridge while the jumper is under canopy, by pulling a single
handle.
The raft compartment can be fitted with "Desert" survival
kit or medical supplies, in keeping with our policy of making all tactical
gear Mission Specific.
